Some general guidelines for the poster presentation are:

1. upto 10-minutes poster presentation (strict) + 4 minutes Q & A
2. Time is strict – presentations will be stopped at the 14 minute mark regardless.
3. A3 sized poster. If submitted (by Oct 23!), the RDL will print the posters for you and will include them into the proceedings
4. No projector will be provided; however, students may bring a laptop if needed.
5. Please come ~30 minutes before your presentation to make sure you are ready to go. You will be allowed one minute for setup if needed.
